I feel like I should remember this addiction but somehow I don't recall a plethora of salt shakers...
That all sounds very difficult for you but I am very happy for you and your life change desition!

P.S. I'm really hoping this isn't true but I have this image of you sitting there just shaking salt into your mouth and I'm getting all thirsty just thinking about it!
