Alright then.  
Well, I've been sick for eight days at this point and I am SO over it. In addition, the internet has shut down in my flat (temporarily due to some Issues, but it'll be back in a few days) which of course send me into spasms of OMGWTFBBQ and not being able to do anything. However, despite this I did manage to get my assignment in on time yesterday, if several hundred words below the word limit. >_>

What else is going on, well. Hmm. I am at the public library in town today. I WAS going to finish typing up chapter 7 of DMTs but I didn't bring the right writing book. >:| I looked at the start of chapter whatever of BtS but... gosh, I've got three different starts and they're all GOOD but at the same time none of them quite work. *gives up for now* As such, I'm really just sitting here waiting to be inspired.

BUT NOT ah fuck, now it's come back. I got this inspiration for a Supernatural story the other day. It's very... evil. The idea is for eggpreg!Dean (i.e. Dean is a man-shaped chicken... or maybe a penguin... ANYWAY) and he all doesn't realise it at first and starts nesting and rummaging through Walmart trying to find appropriate items and Sam's all, "Dude, what the hell are you doing?" ... @_@ I really want to write it, but it's EVIL and I don't really feel like I should randomly attack another fandom that I have so little experience with. (Having only watched four episodes of Spn, I kind of feel like it's not my place.) But at the same time, I don't want to annoy my favourite writers by just randomly emailing them with this basket of crack. SIGHZ! But... it just HAS to be written, by SOMEONE!?! RIGHT???

from what i've read of Supernatural fanfiction 4 episodes is probably all you need :X plus, if it's crack.... i say go for it~! & maybe give yourself a wordlimit if you're worried about it taking too much writing time.

Hahahaha, don't tell the fans you said that! I think the plot is supposed to get better season two but... yeah. *can't manage to get really absorbed* Yeah, I might just keep screaming at myself, "THIS IS A SHORT! THIS IS A SHORT!"

(OK i'll get to it. also, i opened a file i'd highlighted at uni and the highlighting didn't come up. so bolding is good, ne. until i obtain Word. and i have no idea when that'll be. nods.)

*snorts* i watched most of the first season... heh, what plot? the main problem i had with it was the conflict was too easily resolved, and there was no real, interesting plot line beyond episodic...but imperfect media products often make for good fic so who's complaining. coupla thousand words, should do it!!

Evil highlighting. I'm going to ask my brother if there is any way for me to copy Word off my computer and give it to you. I have no idea how to do that sort of sneakiez.

That's what I mean about the second season, coz you start to find out about how Sam might be evil and going to take over the world. But yeah, I agreez. *nods*

ah, np! i was gonna burn a second dvd for her, but i was really tired and at the end of burning like 10 of them and i didn't >:( but i hope she enjoys...whatever the hell i put on there ^^;;

ahhh, d/w, i don't think it's possible that way. i need a torrent or something, idk. or i'll buy it. actually i better frickin' buy it before i'm no longer a student D:

oh, that does sound kinda cool. shame i never got that far, much as i love Jensen...

OMG! A man-shaped chicken or penguin? You were sick for eight days. Maybe yah should lay off the Nyquil? I only came across fan fiction anything two weeks ago. I've had the internet for years and never bothered to do anthing with it. I got a laptop recently and wireless and I have no idea how I got along without it. I'm finding that many writers handle suggestions and reviews well. They want input, even if you sound like you're on crack. So what the hell? What's the worst thing that can happen?

Okay, that totally sounds like I'm turning him into a bird, which I am NOT. We don't have Nyquil in New Zealand so I'm not really sure what that is, but I can't even blame it on the drugs because I didn't take any. *cries* I have actually started to write it now. If I can't get it right I will pass it off to another author. ^_^ I'm a sucker for punishment or something, 4 serious!

Welcome to the internet, by the way! A world full of jargon and insanity awaits you! What fandoms are you into? I could point you towards some recs.

If you'd like input on writing anything you're working on before you post it, I'd love to help. I am not offering to write because I totally suck at creative writing. I've been told my writing style is consistent with 15th century English speakers. What an ego booster. I wanted to "fix" that so I took several creative writing classes only to be told by many instructors poetry is actually my strength. What the hell? I can't stand the stuff! Of course, I have a flair for something I have no passion for.

I really love anything high fantasy. I'm into anything vampire, wizard, demon or hobbit. I'm hooked on Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files right now. Haven't looked for any fandom writing yet.
