This is a perfectly good location for episode reaction rantage!

I quite liked the editorial inserts, I think in part because the whole episode really was geared up to be the 'final episode' as such. It always was supposed to be the final episode, even if its not. (Yes, there really is a 6th season, but I know it doesn't seem like it. Right at the start I was like, 'oh my gosh, what if there ISN'T a sixth season and they've just said there is to play with our miiiiinds!) And while I agree that Chuck as god is ABSURD, it made more sense after someone reminded me that next season Kirpke is not going to be in charge. YEAH, freaky, huh? Sera Gamble is going to be the big boss. So from his perspective he's writing himself out of the stoyline?? Still, it was a bit of a bad-fic move, on some levels.

I don't think Lisa will work at allllll, but I can see why Sam might think it was better than the alternative. (I'm about halfway through a fic about this, not that I have time for writing this week.)

Wah, in some ways I wish this had been the end, because it FELT like the end, you know? It was so epic, and so sad, and so awesome. I hope that the ACTUAL finale will live up to it next year.
