Page's mental status: Overall=Grumpy. Others=Pleased with speed of writing. Unsure about direction of chapter and next few chapters. Enjoying Draco's characterization. Wants chapter to be finished. Needs sleep and wishes humanity (of the RL sort) would leave her be.

Page's physical status: Hot. Wrists okay. Funny burning sensation on the skin of both hands. Tired.

Edit: Updated profile page with whopping bio-rant thing. Huge.

Oh and, pet peeve to all the retards out there: ETA means 'Estimated Time of Arrival' and can only be used when commenting about time, NOT to say, 'author edit note' or something like that. So stop doing it! (apologies to everyone else who already knew that.) /edit

o.o
that seems overall okay?? *hugs*

i don't get it, what do people think eta means?

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 08:55 am (UTC)(link)
oh yes and the profile is neat. you srsly have A LOT of stalkers!!! you're 10 billion times more popular than me!!! XD;;;

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:35 am (UTC)(link)
Oh good, so long as it isn't spazbo. I know! Crazy stalker people who never comment on anything, and I sit around and wonder exactly what parts of my journal they're even monitoring. @_@ The thing is I cater to such a popular fandom. My Harry/Voldemort hasn't got _nearly_ as much views on Skyehawke or anything. People just love Harry/Draco so much. It's nutty really; the harry/draco community I post to has 3,476 members, and is watched by 2,848 people. It's not really hard to see why I have a few people trickling over here. 8|

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:47 am (UTC)(link)
scary. but at least you can always f-locked things.
yeah. harry/voldemort is just contrary to nature, that's why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all my fandoms are tiny. well 1,774 members at [livejournal.com profile] jrockyaoi seems like a lot (definitely a lot more than there used to be!!!! i remember when it was in the hundreds) but hardly anyone seems to follow LS and stuff.... then again i kinda like the obscurity...:3 and i'd be freaked out if people randomly friened me like that...

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:47 am (UTC)(link)
*f-lock

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:00 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I don't mind at the moment if strangers read my posts, its just gonna be weird if I get any _real_ stalkers (which so wouldn't happen). But I like my anonymity too, even though all those people have friended me, they don't really comment on my normal posts or anything (not that I would mind if they did) so I don't really feel all that exposed much. It does weird me out a bit, but it's not too bad. I think I would be more concerned if I lived in the US, because the chances are I could actually _meet_ a 'fan'. Which would just be scary.

HP/LV is not contrary to nature! It's perfectly normal fucked-up fic!!

Hahaha, you sound like an old-school Net Vet(eran). 'Back in the old daaays' lol. I know what you mean though, things change so fast.

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:07 am (UTC)(link)
hahaha good thing about living in nz = no stalkers rich enough to fly over and find us :p

XD if you say so, my dear.

hahaha i'm not really :P but yeah...they really can.

I had this dream the other day that I was at Uni, and just talking with my imaginary friends that I hope I will make when I go, and this person comes up to me all nervous, and goes, "Excuse me, sorry if this is a weird question, but are you Page Russet?" @_@ dude. Scary moment. Partly because if anyone wanted to know, they'd be able to find out from my posts what uni, and what classes I attend etc, and in the dream they'd seen me working on HP fanfic in class >_> (which I'm sure I would, never, EVER do! >_>) Anyway. It was odd and scary.

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:20 am (UTC)(link)
omg lol, that's hilarious. XDDDDDDDDDDD;;;;;; but freaky. but hilarious.

...actually i have met people from myspace around uni...but fortunately nothing like that... well, i do keep my fanfiction half-hidden (i.e. i don't link it from my profile so you have to get there from a comm although once you're there it leads back to me.... like a semi-circle or..something >.>)

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:29 am (UTC)(link)
that about sums it up.

weirdness!!!! It was weird enough that we met. That still spazzes me out at times. I mean, my brother's girlfriend of two years met him on Deviant Art. So I guess it's possible in weird ways.

mimei's super-secret fanfiction journal!!! I feel cool because I'm in the super secret club!

The one thing I am really careful about is that my real name is never mentioned in relation with the name 'Page Russet' anywhere online. that way my family should never be able to find me. The few RL friends I've told about this journal I've made sure they know not to use my name and I say that if they forget I will delete their posts. :/

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-15 02:26 am (UTC)(link)
:3

it was pretty weird but i've met quite a few ol friend irl now~
wow, meeting on DA, that's one i haven't heard before but it makes a lot of sense.

:P yes~ you are!

how will you delete their posts? *scratches head*
theoretically, if someone who knew me irl was smart enough they could find me (well, i have friends who just LOVE to stalk my journals which has caused a lot of problems in the past and i know that two of them know about my journal (claimed to've got there through school feature but who the fuck knows really, it was all f-locked at that stage anyway) but i refuse to add anyone i now irl on principle...past stuff...anyway...stop rambling mimei...)...if they were adept they could find my fic journal (if you bothered to google 'mimei fanfic' and looked on the second page :P *feels unloved by google search*)...it always amazes me the lengths to which people will go to be nosy...anyway...i'm rambling i'm going to stop that now.

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:30 am (UTC)(link)
Overall, yeah, things are okay, save for a general grumpiness that's not really related to anything much. :/

Gah, you know how authors often put a little 'A/N:' or an, 'Edit:' or an, 'Extra:' at the end of a chapter with a little comment about something-or-other? Well, I've seen people putting ETA there, but not saying anything related to time at all, and it pisses me off and I just wanted to mention it.

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:43 am (UTC)(link)
*huggles tight*...*looks down at all the pink that's rubbed off*...XD

what...what on earth do they think it means??? @___________@

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 10:53 am (UTC)(link)
Eeeew! Pink smuggies!

I have no freaking idea. They probably are just like, "Mmm, *insert random acronym*" *glares*

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:09 am (UTC)(link)
XD

scary. i think you should never read them in protest!

[identity profile] prairie-grass.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:16 am (UTC)(link)
I can't remember if the fic I saw that on was any good or not, but sorry, if it was good fic, a mis-used acronym wouldn't stop me. XD It would just make me irritable while reading. :P

[identity profile] mimei.livejournal.com 2007-01-14 11:23 am (UTC)(link)
fine fine, have it your way @.@ :p
