writing missions

I'm on a mission. I want chapter 5 of DMT done by the end of the day. I'm currently at 5,914 words total (yes, it is STUPIDLY HUGE!), I've done 500~ today, did the same last night, and now I really need a break because I'm getting RSI pains for the first time in bloody ages and that's BADDD.

But yes, continued updates will filter in as I get this done, (or not). I reckon I've got about another 1,500 to go? I'll be back!

6:52 - 6,172words. current scene almost done. Can't quite remember why I introduced a certain character to this scene (other than to torture him), so I'm just making something up on the fly. got to go out for dinner now but I have high hopes that I'll have this baby dead by the night's close.

10:27 - 6,457words. Taking a break now coz my muscles are all tense and sore. Not good for preventing OOC. Finished current scene. Only one to go and she's done.


Wednesday 11pm - 7,090words. Just got some fiddly bits. Hopefully wont take too long. Did about 2 hours of research, RESEARCH for this scene. As if I'm like, a REAL author.... lol. <-lolololol. Okay, enough from me and my manic episode, I've got to get to bed and sleeeeeep!
