mwahahahaha! Yes! Chocolate mousse of DOOOOOOM!

I'm glad, because there will be much chaos soon.

A 'Prefect' is something in British schools that's like... um, you guys have like class captains or something, don't you? They're basically student representitive who are given certain levels of authority in being in charge of other students and running the school. From the Prefects is chosen a 'Head boy' and 'Head girl' who, after the teachers, are the most in charge of the other students. In Harry Potter the prefects are chosen by the headmaster from years 5 up. These roles tend to be more important in boarding schools than in adverage schools.
